Federica pleasantly surprised us how she worked with other vendors to make sure we were getting exactly what we paid for, and negotiated on our behalf (for example, when the venue had to reschedule our event because of some renovations they were doing, she helped us get an additional discount and our preferred second choice of date). She took the time to accompany us to tour all the potential venues in person, made additional trips on our behalf and many other ways that she went above and beyond to create the perfect event!
